We ship our goods securely and quickly, depending on the destination and weight. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery country. We offer free shipping to certain regions and above a certain order value.

For countries not listed above, we currently do not offer automated standard shipping via the webshop.

Delivery restrictions:
We currently do not deliver to the following countries/regions: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Israel, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Åland Islands, Mexico.

B. Delivery times

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

Please note: Shipments via "Warenpost International" may in some cases have slightly longer delivery times than DHL parcels.

C. Customs duties and taxes (non-EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are not Included in the purchase price or shipping costs, these fees are to be paid by the recipient directly to the relevant authorities or the delivery person.

D. Transport damage

For consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to report the damage or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
