External hosting through Shopify (website)

This website is hosted by the service provider Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada. All website data is stored on Shopify's servers. We have a data processing agreement in place. For data transfers to the USA, Shopify relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or standard contractual clauses.

Email hosting by All-Inkl

Our email communication takes place via the servers of ALL-INKL.COM - New Media Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf).
When you send us an email, your email address, the subject, and the content of the message will be stored on All-Inkl's servers in Germany. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with All-Inkl.

WhatsApp Business

We offer support via WhatsApp Business (a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
When you contact us via WhatsApp, you automatically transmit your mobile number to us. Please note that WhatsApp (Meta) processes communication metadata and may store it on servers in the USA. We only use WhatsApp Business if you actively initiate contact. We do not have access to your address book.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual performance/support). Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection.

5. Order processing, shipping and inventory management

Inventory management (Billbee)

We use Billbee For order processing, your order data will be transmitted to Billbee (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement.

Shipping service providers (DHL, Hermes) & Co.)

We will forward your address details to the logistics service provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Tracking: We will only share your email address for shipment notifications if you have expressly consented during checkout (Art.6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

We integrate payment services (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments). Your payment data is transferred for payment processing purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
